Owner, Kay Grossmann, has assisted the committee in finding the best conference facilities at great pricing. Kay can also assist IGAEA members, their families and friends in finding the best flight rates for transportation as far as 11 months in advance; hotel accommodations for early arrival into the departure port city, if needed; tours or excursions before or after the cruise; fly or drive to Port Canaveral, FL transfers and extended parking can be arranged. By Air
Orlando International Airport
The Orlando International Airport is located 45 miles west of Port Canaveral via State Road 528, also known as the Beeline Expressway, a limited access four-lane highway, portions of which have tolls.
Airport Transfers are available and more information will be sent after the second deposit is made and the "Other Travel Arrangements" PDF is completed as part of your original registration form from the download above and faxed.
By Car
Port Canaveral is located on the east coast of the United States within easy cruising distance of Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean. Port Canaveral serves all of Central Florida from its coastal location in Brevard County. It is the closest deepwater port to the nearby Orlando-area attractions and neighboring Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Patrick Air Force Base, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. Note: Segments of some of the highways are toll roads.
Directions from Orlando International Airport
This airport is located approximately 45 minutes west of Port Canaveral. Take the North Exit from the Airport, staying to the right, to S.R. 528 (Beeline Expressway) East. Take S.R. 528 directly to Port Canaveral.
PARKING AT Port Canaveral
Directions to Northside Cruise Terminals at Port Canaveral:
Driving either North or South on I-95, take exit 205 East to Hwy 528 East. Drive 11.5 miles on Hwy 528 East and exit to the “A” cruise terminals onto SR 401 North. Drive 1 mile on SR 401 North and exit right to cruise terminals. Follow signs to correct cruise terminal. The second terminal to your left is the Cruise Terminal 9/10 for Carnival's Glory. Reservations must be made prior to arrival. Please make sure you have completed the "Other Travel Arrangements" form.
