Your participation in the International Graphic Arts Education Association Education (IGAEA) Conference 2008 Sponsorship Program tells the world that you are committed and dedicated to sharing theories, principles, techniques and processes relating to graphic communications and imaging technology.
For 82 years the IGAEA has sponsored a summer conference hosted by colleges and universities across the United States. The schools’ host campus and facilities help shape the content of the conference. This year we’ve added a twist with a special endeavor — Meet us in Port Canaveral, Florida for a conference at sea! IGAEA is sponsoring their own conference for the first time.
The 83rd Annual Conference of the IGAEA is scheduled for July 26 – August 2, 2008. This will be a unique experience for the members, as well as industry representatives, as it takes place on the Carnival Cruise ship, “Glory”. We’re sailing for 7 nights on one of Carnival Cruise Lines most fabulous ships. Enjoy the Ports of Call: departing from Port Canaveral, FL; Cozumel, Mexico; Belize; Costa Maya, Mexico; Nassau, Bahamas; and returning to Port Canaveral, FL. There will be over 25 hours of planned IGAEA activities, and the rest of the time is yours to enjoy!
As in years past, industry representatives and vendors are asked to sponsor an event or function. Some make a donation to have a display table to discuss with IGAEA members the latest in equipment and techniques. For our 2008 Conference, we are seeking industry sponsorships for a variety of occasions/sessions and events.
The sponsors can support the conference as a whole with a Silver, Gold or Platinum donation, and/or can sponsor a single event such as the Welcome Cocktail Party; the President’s Reception; Opening Day of Conference 2008; Day 2 of Conference 2008; or the Closing Ceremony Cocktail Party.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to assist in sponsoring the 2008 Conference-of-a-Lifetime. Your continued support of education and fellowship with like-minded people in the graphic communications field is needed to continue this tradition. Educators and industry leaders, including their families are invited to share in this unique experience.
All sponsorships will have their logo included on our web site and signage at the conference. Sponsorships are on a first-come, first served reservation process, which consists of three levels.
- Silver Sponsor package will include an Inside Cabin for two people, and one-night, 3 hour display table
- Gold Sponsorship will include an Outside Cabin with a Window for two people, and two-nights, 3 hours each display table
- Platinum Sponsorship will include a Outside Balcony Cabin for two, and the two-nights of display tables
Additional donations are required for sponsorship of specific events to have your company logo on all signage and banners advertising your support.
